SuperCrane™ SC180

Designed to lift materials and tools up to 180 kg at a height of 60 metres.

When lifting glass, any sudden impact can break the glass. Therefore, the portable folding crane SuperCrane™ SC180 is also produced in a special model specifically suitable for lifting glass.

SuperCrane™ SC180 Glass is operated with a cable remote control, and the crane model is the same as the SC180. The crane has the same lifting capacity of 180 kg and a lifting height of 60 m.

SuperCrane™ SC180 Glass is equipped with a frequency converter that acts as a total control capacity, both when starting, in soft descent and stopping. After holding the button for either of the two actions - up or down - you will notice that it takes 10 seconds before the motor operates at full capacity. This provides a 10 second reduced speed for the task itself.

Thanks to this variable frequency converter system, you cannot only raise windows but also perform an installation at very low speed levels - without the risk of pulling or banging, preventing the glass from breaking.

When the SC180 Glass model is used in daily work, you as a user can mount glass with millimetre precision.

SuperCrane™ SC180

The SC180 crane is easily set up on balconies as a deck support (soldier).

By being tensioned between the floor and ceiling, the ceiling serves as ballast, and the 180 kg can easily be lifted from street level to the floor in question.

If it is not possible to place the crane in a floor setup, it can stand freely with an associated ballast arrangement.

The ballast of the crane in this setup is 360 kg.
